Thousand Oaks falls within the domain of the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Students from kindergarten through 5th grade will find themselves in the boundaries of one of seven elementary schools in the area - Conejo Elementary, Aspen Elementary, Ladera Elementary, Lang Ranch Elementary, Westlake Elementary, Westlake Hills Elementary, or Acacia Elementary. Middle school students from 6th through 8th grades will find themselves in the boundaries of one of three middle schools - Redwood Middle School, Los Cerritos Middle School, or Colina Middle School. Finally, students from 9th through 12th grades will either fall into the boundaries of Westlake High School or Thousand Oaks High School.
