The highest-priced property is $1,898,000; the lowest priced property can be purchased for $385,000. Monterey Park Neighborhood

This city, which is home to over 60,000 people spans about 7.6 square miles, has a moderately sized inventory of homes for sale. This lower inventory helps to make this a highly competitive real estate market to be a part of.
