Each condo unit has its own private terrace, as well as a gas fireplace, gas appliances, washer and drier hookups, and central air conditioning. The condo building allows pets, and Teramachi provides assigned parking spaces within a controlled area.
The other amenities at Teramachi Homes provide many benefits for the 55+ crowd. The building has a beautifully landscaped and shaded courtyard to share social events or relax and watch the fish in the peaceful koi pond. It's a great place for socializing and has a catering kitchen that provides frequent cooking demonstrations for residents. Five Knolls
Five Knolls is a private, gated 55+ community located in the city of Santa Clarita, CA, next to the Santa Clara River. Santa Clarita is one of the northernmost suburbs in the Los Angeles area, located just north of the San Fernando Valley. The Five Knolls community consists of one- and two-story family homes with attached garages. The community has 140 homes inside the gates, and all prospective owners must be over 55 to apply to purchase one of them.
Many of the amenities at Five Knolls are available at the Club House, including an outdoor swimming pool, a sunbathing area, and covered cabanas for enjoying a picnic lunch in the shade. The Community Centre inside the Club House offers frequent activities and events for residents. There is also a fitness center and a whirlpool spa available.
