Azusa Real Estate Market

Azusa is primarily residential and features a mix of single-family homes and condos. Single-family homes typically start around $300,000 and can go well over $1 million for certain luxury homes. Most commonly, Azusa homes will have 1,000 to 2,000 square feet of living space

The Azusa Unified School District serves the community. It is home to 11 traditional elementary schools, three intermediate schools, as well as several high schools. Several private schools are located here. Area universities include Azusa Pacific University and the Buddhist private university of Dhammakaya Open University.
